July 10 - 19, 2008
An intensive 10-day program introducing non-U.S. participants to U.S. Legal English and, in particular, to those terms and usages most relevant and useful to a non-U.S. lawyer or law professional.  Participants often go on to complete the “U.S. Legal Methods: Introduction to U.S. Law” program, which begins immediately after the Legal English program

U.S. Legal Methods: Introduction to U.S. Law
July 21 - August 15, 2008
An intensive four week certificate program open to non-U.S. lawyers and advanced law students. Topics covered include all major aspects of U.S. law and the U.S. legal system. Participants from this course often go on to graduate study at top U.S. law schools. Others return to the practice of law in their respective countries with a better understanding of U.S. law and the ability to work better with U.S. lawyers, law firms and government agencies.

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
August 18 - 23, 2008
Seminar familiarizes participants with alternative methods of dispute resolution. It approaches mediation and conflict management as a way of avoiding or resolving litigation and of addressing relationships in business with employees, customers and suppliers.
