This seminar and conference will be preceded by IUSLAW's annual four-week program, "U.S. Legal Methods: Introduction to U.S. Law." Persons registering for both programs receive an $800 discount off the regular $1,895 registration fee for "Advanced Corporate Transactions."
The academic segments of this program will be offered online at the end of August. Acknowledgement of online participation will be given for CLE/CPD purposes.
